>More and more businesses are realising the benefits of employing ex-soldiers in business environments. Soldiers are team players, efficient, organized and often highly skilled and motivated. Some soldiers leave the military because of injuries yet they retain enormous amounts of useful training and experience that can give UK businesses an edge. Additionally, troops are being withdrawn from deployment around the world, amidst ongoing cuts to the military services.
