CHARITY APPEAL
FOR WOUNDED SOLDIERS

Rock Ride 2!

Rock Ride is a phenomenal challenge – a tour de force of perseverance, dedication and resolve.

It’s a cycle challenge up there with the toughest: 1500 miles, 14 days, from Gibraltar all the way through Spain, France, and parts of England, to arrive at the final destination of Buckinghamshire… where the cycle team is met by a homecoming party that you’d be mad to miss.

The first ever Rock Ride took place in 2010 with 9 riders. The team raised a jaw-dropping £75,000 for charity.

Geared up to top that incredible achievement, this year in June, we’ll see the riders hit the road for the second time. A bigger team of 16 riders will be cycling their socks off to raise money for a total of 12 charities, one of which we’re enormously proud to say, is Just Rifles.

One of the riders is a Just Rifles friend, Baz Street (pictured), a C/Sgt with the Rifles and instructor with the Territorial Army. We can’t thank Baz enough for riding both for Just Rifles and the SSFA, and ultimately, for the injured military personnel that need funds to help restore their lives.

We’re sure you keen to learn more so without further ado – here are the links you need for more info:

GIVE GENEROUSLY! Donate to Baz’s Just Giving and support him in his incredible efforts during his year long training for the event – and the event itself.
